All projects will begin upon receipt of the signed agreement and the initial deposit.
Turnaround times for design projects are dependent on the scope of work. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
I offer 3 rounds of revisions for each project to ensure your vision is realized. Additional revisions beyond this will incur a fee, which will be discussed before proceeding.
Final design files will be delivered electronically in agreed formats (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG, PSD, Figma) upon project completion.
Any significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in a change order and additional fees. I will communicate any changes and agree upon them before proceeding.
Due to the nature of graphic design services, I do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final product, please reach out, and we will work to address your concerns.
